Job description:

Maintain and update logbooks, reports, and operational records (e.g., driver logs, safety inspections, incident reports).
Ensure timely and accurate data entry complies with company standards and industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits of logs and follow up on inconsistencies or missing data.
Collaborate with team leads, dispatchers, and safety personnel to gather and verify information.
Resolving urgent issues related to shipments, delays, or breakdowns
Communicating with brokers, shippers, and receivers as needed
Tracking loads and updating systems accordingly

Requirements:

Fluent conversational English and Russian
Open-minded and fast-learning person
Minimum knowledge of trucking equipment
Previous Experience is highly appreciated
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
