Position overview:
We are thrilled to announce a job opportunity for the position of Technical Customers Service Representative at Vetropack. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, the Technical Customers Service Representant will be responsible to provide ongoing support to customers with respect to the use of the products (identify solutions to the problems that arise and undertake to anticipate any disputes). Key responsibilities:

Internal and external contact for all customer-specific technical questions.
Monitoring and responding to possible complaints according to the stated system.
Proposing and monitoring of the improvements in the field of work and business.
Initiation of pro-active, preventive, and corrective measures with the specialist departments of the plant.
Guide the continuous improvement process and understand the verification of the related actions are increasing the customer satisfaction in reality.
Ensuring a uniform reporting system internally and externally.
Maintenance of a customer database.
Observance of customer-specific requirements and their implementation on the plant.
Cross-plant customer support for specific product groups, intercompany business and in relation to our SAM.

Requirements:

Associate degree or above in Sales, Quality, or related field.
Minimum of 5-year successful experience in customer service positions.
Proactivity towards the internal customer and proximity to the final customer.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in order to assist clients with their requests, questions, complaints and needs.
Teamwork skills, problem solving, and proactive approach.
Ability to use software, such as SAP - QM complaints management, Microsoft Office.
Fluently in Romanian and English (B1 level is required).
